Had a very very good stay for one night, everything was modern. Tastefully decorated room, top quality, had a big size bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed both wake-up service and big bed.

This hotel is 1st class and fairly clean, has amiable staff and excellent location in a quiet residential area. It is an elegant building, the rooms are well decorated in good condition. The atmosphere of the venue is special.

We liked this hotel, it was peaceful and clean. The breakfast was substantial and comprehensive with good coffee and meats, for instance, had everything you could want. The provided service was first-class. The staff were pleasant and the setting was great.

Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Madrid. The property was top-class, offered high-class and fashionable rooms. The location was perfect and easy for exploring Madrid. The restaurant was modest and the staff were knowledgeable and efficient.

We stayed at this hotel recently and it provided an excellent experience. The location was really convenient as it was just a short walk from the main rail station. We appreciated the fast check-in process and helpful staff who were able to honour our early check-in request. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The buffet breakfast offered a range of delicious options as well.

There were no slippers in the room, a 4 3-star hotel.

Great location - very close to train station and museums. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Spacious and modern room with excellent amenities.

Breakfast confusion - they didn't inform us that breakfast was only on weekends, resulting in a rude encounter with a maid. The shower is uncomfortable with no privacy and hard to control the water temperature.
